She wants a Baby Brother!

Early today, Kenn and I were talking to our Baby Shane after having breakfast at my Mom’s place. We were telling Shane that she is already a big gurl and that she better act like one. Although we both know that she won’t understand what exactly we are talking about, we have decided not to baby talk her and tell her straightforward what we would like to let her know. In the course of the conversation, we kind a asked her what she would like to have if ever she will have a sibling. I gave her the choices and base on experiences, she usually chooses the last one that is mentioned. However, when I gave her the choices and mentioned “baby sister” at the end, she still chose “baby brother” and both Kenn and I were surprise. I repeated the question about 3 times and she was consistent in choosing “baby brother.” She whispered, “baby browderr”
It just leaves Kenn and me thinking if she really meant what she said. On the other hand, I don’t think we are ready for another baby at this time. Shane has just turned 2 this year and money is not easy, but if it will come, I will be glad to accept it.

(This blog was supposedly posted yesterday but since the Internet was down, I wasn’t able to post it.)
