My Ranting…

I went home today excited to post blog entries and change settings in my blog site only to find out that our DSL is intermittent! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Kenn had to call customer service and report the issue since our telephone line was working just fine.

We did a lot of troubleshooting. Kenn was technical enough to troubleshoot our own issues before but now, no avail. We were just told that technicians will call us within the day to update us of what is really going on. I don’t want to be judgmental but base on my experiences with this DSL service, it took them how many days to fix my service and I had to go back and forth in their office. (That wasn’t really a good experience)

Now, it’s not working again! I know there is no perfect DSL service, but the inconvenience it caused to call and report the issue and the time spent waiting for it to be resolved are tiresome. Plus, I can’t update my blog site…

I am hoping this will be fix sooner than expected.
