After so many days of having no internet, am now back on line, and I am hoping that this will be for good. We were down with no phone and internet for the past 4 days and thank God that they have finally fixed our lines here in Apas. All the while, I was thinking that's it's only us who does not have a phone line and internet but when I checked with our provider, I was not alone after all. In fact, when I sign on an information sheet, I was on the two digit number already ----- sigh...
They better give me a refund or else...am not threatening them or whatever but I don't think I deserve this kind of connection. I paid one month in advance for the service and I was not able to maximize it!
Well, the manager was very polite and accommodating when I went to their office this morning to complain all of these. She promised me that I will get a refund once every thing is back to normal.
Again, they better be....hmpp!
