she was born on May 26, 2006 and she is about to turn 2 this year. it was just a great feeling when i had her.
i remember the time that i was on labor, it was 3am...everyone was asleep. i kept on waking up every now and then because i wasn't really feeling well. i dind't know that i was already on labor. i kept on going back and forth to the bathroom and i sometimes can't hold on my pee..i was wondering why.
at sunlight, i woke up my hubby and told him what happened a few hours before that. he panicked. he then called my mom and asked me to take a bath. without hesitation, i rushed to the batroom and took a bath and got ready to go to the hospital. i arrived at cebu doctors at about 8am. when the doctors checked me, they said that my water bag already broke and that i needed to be admitted. i was admitted about 8.15am.
i never had the chance to talk to my hubby again or to anyone else when i was put into the labor room. i was all by my self. i was so scared and was very tensed but i felt no pain yet. i was just lying in bed, attended by the nurse and have my baby's pulse checked every now and then. at about 12noon, the doctor already ordered for me to be induced*. i was alread in pain at around 12.30 until about 10pm. i was hurting so much that i could not almost bear the pain. i was even asking my doctor to just do a cesarean birth, however, my doctor kept on encouraging me to do a normal delivery, and i did. at about 10.47pm, i gave birth to a 6.11 pounds baby gurl..and we named her Shane Bernadette Salvo.
